Welcome to my Blog. My first allotment, this i took ownership in Easter 2005 and handed back in 2009. The allotments was new and made on the top of a slope that was created from a huge spoil heap of heavy clay lots of brambles, weeds and hard work but also fun. I have always been a keen gardener, and have wanted an allotment for over 10 years so was thrilled to get this and disappointed when i had to give it back but i have moved house to a place with a big garden and a new adventure.
Raised beds nearly finished, its been a slog but with the help of a good friend and my husband i have been able to get the majority of the raised beds in as of beginning of June and i have started to fill them and get them planted with winter crops.
